Hostinza – CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Products purchased from Hostinza.co.in, could also be refunded as long as cancelled within the refund period specified below during this policy. Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund related to them, including some products that aren’t eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please see below for refund terms applicable to such products.
“Date of the transaction”, for the aim of this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of any product or service, which incorporates the date any renewal is processed by Hostinza.co.in, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement
“Refund Period”, you’ll cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if you request a refund with Hostinza’s customer service within the refund time-frame specified for the applicable product, if available in the least .
No Refund After Account Closure. If eligible for a refund, it’s necessary for you to request a refund before account closure. you’ll elect to shut your account with us at any time, but upon account closure you’ll not be eligible for a refund as otherwise permitted under this Refund Policy.
Standard Refund Terms
Annual Plans:– Within 15 days of the date of the transaction.
Monthly Plans:- Within 24 hours of the date of the transaction
*Monthly Plans include all plans with less than a 1-year term (e.g., 6 mo., 9 mo., etc.)
+Security products with remediation service can’t be refunded once a cleanup request has been submitted.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of service renewals for on-going website promotion, website hosting or domain registration services must be made a minimum of seven 7 business days before the top of the present service period. Requests received later than seven 7 business days before the top of the present service period are going to be treated as cancellation of services for subsequent service period.
You need to Request Cancellation through your client area panel / by submitting support ticket or send mail to billing@hostinza.co.in to cancel your service. After receiving the cancellation request the amount or any deduction are going to be refunded via original method of payment within 10 to 15 working days.
For Web Hosting New Customers
Hostinza.co.in all new web hosting plans are covered by a 15 day money back guarantee. if customer become dissatisfied with our services, so within the 15 days get refund money as you paid. we will issue a 100% refund of your money, if setup fees is applicable of any hosting plan it will non-refundable amount in money back guarantee policy.
For Web Hosting Renewals
Your web hosting account will renew on a monthly or yearly basis. Refunds for web hosting account renewals will be granted to customers who request a cancellation of their service, in writing, no later than 5 days before the renewal date yearly plan and monthly plan Within 24 hours of the date of the transaction .
For Domain Names
All domain names sales are made final at the time of purchase. you’re the only owner of any domain names registered through our services upon payment fully . do you have to plan to leave our service for an additional provider, domain names are transferable and thus not subject to refunds.
Changes to registered domain names (incorrect spelling, etc..) can’t be made once the domain has been purchased with a website registry. it’s vital that you simply verify the spelling of your name and it’s recommended that you have somebody else read it also to make sure it’s exactly needless to say .\
For Domain Name Renewals

If you facing transaction failure issue then please check your checking account for any deduction, if you not find any deduction then you’ll try again to buy that invoice otherwise you only submit support ticket with statement to follow that issue. just in case you paid Twice for one transaction, then please open a support ticket or mail us to see the difficulty and therefore the one transaction amount are going to be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days.
